It boils down to the fact that I put on 6.4 lbs......wait for it.....but .9lbs was fat and 5.5lbs was muscle. So it goes to show you that the scale does not always tell the whole story. The reality is that with this round, I didn't follow the nutrition as well as the first time I had done P90X on my own. I would undoubtedly have seen leaner result. Adding that muscle muscle, though, is a success.
Insanity is next so that means these numbers should get super lean.
