I just got back from my final body fat analysis (althought it's not quite Day 90).
And the verdict is...
Day 0: 20.0% body fat
Day 90-ish: 15.4% body fat
I'm very excited! Just to callibrate these results, it is unhealthly for a woman to be ~10% body fat. According to his estimates, I could lose around 6-8 more pounds before being unhealthy. I've said this before, but I've never been this fit - ever. Love me some P90X!
I'm still trying to lose another pound or 2 before my final weigh in so I chose not to celebrate these results with a cheeseburger and fries for lunch.
