Week One: Summary

Week One: It was a week of learning the ropes and getting into the routine. I spent most of the week with sore muscles but the thrill of a new program and new teammates kept me going. We've all agreed that if we were doing this alone at home we probably would have already quit. The power of team.

I lost 5 lbs. in the first 7 days. I'll take that!
