Week Three: Summary

I'm a little late but it's a holiday week...my week three results are in - no more weight loss but I've lost 1.5 inches from my waist. And I believe I'm getting ready to experience more weight loss (I hope, I'm counting on it).

But what I really discovered this week was a heart rate monitor. Luv it. Yesterday I wore it all day and learned that including a 400-calorie workout, I burned a total of 2,160 calories. This was very motivating. My goal is to run a daily 500-calorie deficit so I need to know what I burn. Knowledge is power.
