Well we are technically in the rest week of Phase I but these people are hardcore and decided not to rest (fyi-rest week is a lighter week of workouts with CardioX, Xstretch, Yoga, etc). So we are continuing the Phase I schedule through this week and Phase II starts on next Monday.
I've told the gang that the biggest gains - loss of weight, addition of muscle - came in Phase II for me (days 30 - 60). It tough and it's awesome. Get ready.
